Usually the service at the restaurant is good and the food is very authentic; however the past two visits the restaurant has been overcrowded with not enough servers. We were directed to take a table. Table was dirty and we waiting almost an hour to be served. Waitress did stop by to state they were busy and picked up the dirty dishes from the table after 30 minutes. We left after waiting 20 minutes and the table was still not cleaned. Service: Dine in

I wanted to share my experience at el rinconcito in greenfield I currently live in Soledad and my friends and I decided to go for drinks and let me say it was very pleased with the service and my waitress Monica she was very friendly and attentive checked on us briefly and made our visit one of a kind she has great carisma and great smile . I will definitely be coming soon and requesting her again . Food: 5

The food is great! However, the service leaves much to be desired, particularly from the waitresses. They take ages to attend to you, and while you’re waiting, they don’t even check in to see if you need anything. Overall: Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3.
