Culver's - Greenfield

Order your Fritten extra crispy (so good! and if you have Chicken Tortilla soup on the daily menu - it is heavenly! Spicy, spicy, but so delicious. The chiliest people in my family get chili whenever we visit culvers, so for you chili lovers you can try it!

We visit this Culver at least twice a month. Tonight I went through the ride and ordered meals for my whole family. 3 of these meals were fish dinner and after our order home, we realized that we did not receive our Cole Slav or any tartaric acid sauce. I immediately called the store and offered to return through the drive thru for our missing items (we are less than 5 minutes away). I came to the Drive-Thru speaker, explained that I had just called and they knew I was coming, which means that communication between the staff was excellent. Not only did they give me my missing article, no questions asked, but they also gave me 4 Pints Vanille-Cutard to make for their mistake. Customer service is still alive and well!
