Wendy's - Greencastle

Thank you, Wendy's. Not only was your staff very understanding when our car broke through embarrassingly on your way to work and invited us to our order. But even if I needed us almost two hours to get someone to pick us up, one of your employees was very friendly enough to offer us another drink and frost that I thought she had paid at the end of her shift to make sure we were not too hot. We appreciate it after the bad week we had.

We went to Wendy’s for dinner and the building was wrapped. After ordering I realized I had not ordered part of my meal correctly. When I got to the window I asked if they could fix it. The lady at the window was VERY polite and said they could correct it. the kitchen staff obliged and did amazing! Got all of our food correctly and did not have any troubles correcting my own mistake! Thank you soooo much!

Sandwich was okay, Pommes were hot and Crispy. The dining area was clean, but also empty. Driving thru was busy and the staff was friendly.

Got served only 2 commercially worthy crispy chicken Blt (the cheese was melted) and the beautiful voice of an angel spoke me very satisfied in the clobular chocolate chip cookie
