Hilton Garden Inn Washington Dc/greenbelt

Incredibly outdated. Wall paper peeling off the walls, elevators scorching hot and smellyRooms outdated. Beds hard as a rock. Sheets thin and itchy.Hot tub had weird fungus looking stuff floating around.Breakfast expensive with little options.Do not stay here.

Exuberantly expensive. Rooms are not that clean, bedding, and pillows have a distinct smell. There is no value for money. However, the reception area and dining area are greatly maintained.

Krunal at the Hilton Garden Inn DC/Greenbelt really helped me out of a bad situation. We were locked out of our airbnb and needed a room to sleep/be safe. He made it happen and also was kind enough to give us some breakfast vouchers. He was efficient and had a great bedside manner. Thanks Krunal!

We are from the UK and my son and I visited this lovely hotel in 2012 and again in 2014. It is a wonderful hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff you could wish for. Also, the beds are the most comfortable in any hotel we have ever visited. We will always remember this place with great fondness and when we visit the US again, we will book here we dont need to look anywhere else. Thank you to all the lovely staff. Bed is comfortable Staff is friendly and helpful not like the staff at the location in Waldorf. The food was very good. I don't know who the woman was but she cooked the chicken wings and salad to perfection. She had the sweetest spirit.
