The service was not great; the staff could have been more polite. I won’t be returning.

I recently visited the Greenbank area and came across a Woolworths shopping complex that features a bakery alongside a Gloria Jean's. I'm always excited to try a new bakery, especially since it appeared to be quite busy. I decided to try a pink ice cream donut topped with colorful sprinkles. While it was okay, I found the texture a bit chewy, unlike the usual melt-in-your-mouth experience I expect from a donut. Perhaps our taste has been shaped by the influx of Krispy Kreme locations.

The staff is very welcoming, and there's an extensive variety of pastries, snacks, and chilled drinks to choose from.

I used to really enjoy your chicken salad sandwiches, but I've found that I can't order them anymore since the only option comes with tomatoes. It would be wonderful if you could offer a no-tomato option for those of us who aren't fans. That would definitely earn a perfect score of 10/10!

The service was terrible, and it could ruin anyone's experience. I won't be returning.
