Ed's Food Store Haverhill - Greenacres

I go there all the time, business is always clean and the employees are amazing. Very recommended the guy's coffee with white hair.

This is not a report against Eds staff who are in Haverhill, but with staff. this week I went through the store twice and saw new faces, but yesterday it was really unheard to see that they left the responsibility for a person without prosecution. to words when I asked (it is difficult to train several people at the same time and they answered a little, but my colleagues are in what they do and the next question was like managers of the shop, are you happy? and they only replied sir, I do my job, I am not responsible, I am only responsible for customer service. I realized that it is an abuse to leave a person responsible if they have no status or title in this store. This very friendly person commented on how important it is that you are satisfied with our service, which I am very satisfied as they gave me the best attention as always. Human resources are aware of the respect of their employees. I offer my respect to the business manager, a person who always works as a team with his employees.

It was so nice to go yesterday at Eds in Harverhill and see that the girl who always visited me does this with a very good personality and kindness, fortunately she only took a week vacation. I went 3 times and I didn't get the same service, it wasn't bad, but I especially like their style of customer service. I work at Nissan and I know what it means to provide good service. I congratulate you for having people like this girl.

I have always gone to this store eds for my needs and my money orders instead of going to other stores because how fast and good and respectful the service was. Unfortunately, I won't come back. Some very young lady who works there has a disgusting and unprofessional attitude. It felt like I was an effort to come as a customer, and I didn't want to feel that way after a long working day. I hope you find better workers and others who find rude teenagers.

Like I've seen others say... It is a bit small of a store but what it doesn't have in size it most definitely makes up for in selection and customer service. They have a little bit of everything... I was just there looking for some cat food, which I really didn't think they would have due to the store's size but yea they sure enough did have it. They have both crunchy and soft food. For both cats and dogs, granted they don't have a huge selection but they do have one or two brands of each. Only bit of a down side is that of course the products are over priced. For example a $0.45 can of cat food is about $1.50 but I think we all know that kinda comes with the territory of buying those types of things at a quick stop type of store. But it's nothing too serious if you just need something real quick to get you out of a bind meantime you make it to where you do your actual grocery shopping. Other then that the staff is really nice and very polite to their customers. Another thing I will say is that at the center of the store they have a stand where they have a selection of Spanish style fresh baked bread. There's several different types of bread but regardless of which one you choose they're going to be really good! The pricing is really fair on the bread selection I'll add. Soo yea hope you enjoy your visit there, as I did and have been for a while now. ??
