The main product is ice cream. So how do you serve a butterscotch cone that looks and tastes like it's marinated in a baby diaper? I threw it out. So not only am I sad because no cream, I'm also out money. The line was too long for me to spin back around and toss it in the drive through window.

Food was good. Tables filthy. Lobby closes at 10:30 but at 8:45 they are putting the chairs up. Even at table with people sitting at them.

Everything was good except that the blizzards ingredients was only on the top and not blended throughout the cup. Not properly made on numerous occasions.

Reviewing this at the window. I doubt you guys hire children! The little girl asks, What u want? as I draw up to the window. Huh? When are you ready, she asks. Did you say hello, girl? Similar to lacking in customer service, this new generation lacks etiquette. Please change your staff members ' attitudes before someone else does!
