Pizza Hut - Green River

The service was subpar and the prices were excessively high. Two personal pan pizzas and breadsticks totaled $44. You can get a large Papa Murphy's take-and-bake pizza with all the toppings for $25, which offers much better service and quality.

The customer service was poor, with a rude lady on the phone. The gentleman who took the order somehow misunderstood and got garlic Parm sauce instead of light sauce.

Our entire order was incorrect and when we called to request a refund, we were told it had been too long (around 20 minutes) since we picked it up. The customer service was terrible, and the lady we spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional.

I get it these reviews are based on the employees. As of now those employees and managers are on point. Places like this have turnover constantly, but as of now I?ll give Pizza Hut 4 stars because my orders have been on point. Tell me a month from nowbut as of now I?ll give them great service. I?m a month to month person so I?ll edit this review constantly. All I can say iskeep up the great work for the current manager because you exceed my personal expectation. Do not dine in unless you want topay double or triple from an online order. There is no more pizza buffet currently and you get better deals to order online andpick it up or get it delivered. Paid $30 for two personal pan pizzas and two orders of wings and a small soda lol. Not worth itto order from inside the store but that?s my opinion

Ordered online,the P-zone,pepperoni,was dry,very little flavor,the pasta was just ok,the breadsticks were dry ,and slightly overbaked,with marinera sauce, it made the p-zone, and bread sticks edible. Would I order these items again?,I really doubtit.72 yrs. old widower,used to eat at Pizza Hut very often,with my family.Kind of dissapointed.Gary
