Wheatfields Eatery Bakery

We eat here often and today the food was not up to par. The waitress was awesome, but the kitchen was definitely overwhelmed. My avocado toast was cold and the egg was raw. My husband's bacon and egg croissant was cool, tough and dry. If this had been our first experience, we would not return. It took over 30 minutes for our meals to arrive.

Don't recommend this place you can get the ingredients at a grocery store make way better baked goods at home, there quality isn't great so stay away from this place

Huge bakery up front with cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. To go counter with meals to. Had breakfast and ordered the chubby checker scrambler and my friend had avocado toast. We enjoyed it. Order came out wrong the first time but was corrected.

This was one of my wife’s favorite places when she lived in Omaha. We visited recently and had breakfast. The pastries looked amazing, and her Carmel roll was really good. She did mention that it used to have a lot more Carmel on it. She had the ham steak and poached eggs. I had the country fried steak. I loved that they had biscuits with it and gravy. There was a pretty decent crowd on a Saturday morning. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. We did not experience any of the negative things mentioned in other reviews about customer service.

Quiche was amazing. Glad we ate before shopping all the treats they have! Got a quiche to go along with peanutbutter brownie and assorted box of bars they are all delicious. Definitely recommend for a brunch in omaha.
