Hampton Inn Omaha West-lakeside

Nice hotel for a 3 star hotel. Nice clean rooms, customer service was adequate. The breakfast was good and the areas were clean. The gym was very nice and had more then plenty of 3 star hotels we've stayed at. The pool was fine, but it has a good amount of peeling paint and rusted vents. I'm guessing it's from all of the moisture in that room, but cleaning that stuff up would make a big difference.

Hampton Inn room are usually clean and comfortable. This was not an exception. We have always enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn.

Very well run hotel on the Westside of Omaha. We stayed here while visiting relatives. We were greeted warmly every time we passed the front desk entering and leaving over our four day stay. Very nice staff. Hotel was very quiet despite being filled. Morning breakfast was always re-stocked no matter what time of the morning we went down. Eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, waffles, and more on the bar each morning. Also liked the walk-in shower although the water pressure was a bit low. Hotel is located in a safe area near some restaurants. Overall very pleased with the hotel and will probably stay here again.

Very clean rooms and entry way. Only wish they had breakfast hours posted in the room or online I didn't look downstairs however we did text and never got a reply. The breakfast area attendant was nice. Didn't interact at all with other staff since we used the digital check in and room key. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfy. Pool hot tub could use a good cleaning but not terrible just a lot of stuff floating in it and the ground around it was slimy. Getting to the parking lot is a bit weird but Target/Starbucks and many other things are just a step away.

Great location and super helpful front desk! The free breakfast also had a great variety, and the room was pretty large. But the bathtub and toilet had some stains and slight damage, and some rooms had adhesive residue where the nameplate used to be. Housekeeping also never cleaned our rooms during the 2 nights that we were there, so trash was pretty full and we had to go get new towels on our own. I would still come back though
