Bidrage med feedbackWhat a bad experience going to order impossible burgers so I walked inside to make an order. Waited five minutes. No one would come to the window. Went back outside. Got in my car. Pulled through the drive-through and was told to wait. No, please wait. Wait waited five minutes and left, went to Runza hut around the corner. Great service Burger King up get rid of people that don’t care.
I eat lunch here about twice or 3x a month. Staff is great, especially Stephanie. Food is consistent with Burger King standards. Only thing to improve is to get the bulk ketchup dispenser back. And the million flavor coke machine. I miss it.

I visited the Burger King on S. 177th Plaza last week and forgot my review I was very impressed by the service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I especially want to commend Mary and Chris, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Mary took my order with a smile and made sure I got everything I wanted. Chris prepared my food quickly and neatly, and even added some extra fries as a bonus. They both checked on me several times and asked if I needed anything else. They were very professional and courteous, and they made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely come back to this Burger King and recommend it to my friends. Thank you, Mary and Chris, for your exceptional service! This is very important as BK has definitely been taking a turn for the worst over the last decade and so it's nice to visit one that remembers BKs core values.
