Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, buffalo wings, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Everything was fantastic! The wet brisket was the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended! I can't wait to go back and try the cheddar jalapeño sausage.
It's uncommon to find such consistency in quality at Board Food. The brisket was tender, had a great smoke ring, and was cooked to perfection. While the ribs were slightly overcooked, they were still packed with flavor. The side dishes were outstanding—often a weak point for many restaurants. The potato salad was fantastic, and the beans, which I later discovered were vegetarian, had a wonderful taste and a delightful, classic texture. The coleslaw was very good, and the fried pickles were amazing; I suspect they're making their own pickles in-house. A brilliant idea was to use the spicy ranch sauce from the pickles as an accompaniment for the brisket. I can't wait to return and try the chicken and pulled pork!
Best barbecue around! I absolutely love the pulled pork. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean, making it great for friends and family. It's veteran-owned and operated, which is a bonus. You really can't ask for anything better!
As alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, I am often disappointed when I dive. When I stumbled over Red White and Que with my daughter Amanda tonight, I was surprised. The ribs were textbook perfect. I had put corn bread, a vinegar, collar and an excellent cattle breeze in test. On my car home, I thought I wouldn't change anything. Just ate there for the first time pulled pork was phenomenal and staff was amazingly nice. We live in Forks only 5 minutes away and 2 of the 4 of us have gluten intolerance. So excited to find this place!
