The Walnut Room At Northland

Place was to cold, inexperienced bar tender couldn't make a black manhattan. Food was good.

We were guests at the Hotel Northland and had dinner at this restaurant on Friday 10/6 night and it took over 45 minutes for our food to be served. We had reservation for 8pm and ordered dinner at 8:15pm, but were only only served at 9pm. The restaurant staff did not offer any type of apology to make the extremely long wait less painful. Additionally, we had breakfast there on Saturday 10/7 morning and on Sunday 10/8 . On Saturday, it took 20 minutes for our breakfast to be served. On Sunday 10/8 , we waited 40 minutes ! for our breakfast and 3 tables that arrived after we were seated were served before us! When inquiring about the extremely long delay, the server Ryan was very arrogant and rudely told me to not make a scene . We asked to speak with the restaurant manager, but one was not available. After 40 minutes waiting, we left without eating breakfast, and very frustrated and offended by your staff. Very bad experience!

Fourth time going there. Great food friendly service. Will go back, very enjoyable.

Wonderful food and service at this restaurant. Great craft cocktails too, and a reasonably priced winelist as well.
