Starbucks - Green Bay

I haven't had a drink from this drive-thru yet, but I will always give it a 5-star rating for the huge pride flag displayed in the window. As a lesbian, I truly appreciate it—thank you!

The drive thru is always very efficient at this location. The pumpkin creme cold brew and other coffee drinks are always made perfect. Even when it's busy the staff always seem to work well and get the orders taken care of without rushing.

I am from out of town and the coffee at the hotel is not my favorite. So, I stopped this morning to get a coffee. I use my keurig to make coffee at home every morning so I had no idea what to order. The young ladies working were so friendly and helped me order something based off what I like. I love it! Thanks ladies. If I am ever back in the area I know where to go to get a delicious cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

I experienced rude service in the drive-thru. I asked for something very specific, but the server insisted on making a different drink instead. When I requested my usual extras, she questioned whether I really wanted them. I've had this drink before, and the one I received from this Starbucks tasted nothing like it—more like watered-down. I paid for a venti, but my cup was only filled halfway, which definitely wasn't worth the $8.

This is the second time I've ordered a drink that tasted like hot water. It’s overpriced and not worth it at all. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Charging $5.00 for hot water? Unbelievable!
