Perkins Bakery - Green Bay

Monday 9/26/22 I have dined with a friend at Perkins. It was very late just before midnight restaurant closing time. We were both welcomed and sitting in a stand. We ordered a complete dinner together with a dessert. Our waitress Tomica was exceptional in her service. Tomica was friendly and very professional as well as excellent and efficient. Tomica impressed me with all her great qualities and pleasant attitude. Our food was prepared quickly and just as we ordered it. Everything was delicious. I had a cheeseburger plate with onion rings and a berry cake and coke. My friend was also very happy with her meal. Thank you to Chief Tony! We were ready to go at 12:30. Neither of us felt hurried or dissatisfied as customers. The fall was the hostess who edited the register and since I am out of town, gave me instructions to come back on the highway and drive home to Sheboygan. Overall everyone was very friendly, friendly and professional. I'll be happy to return to this Perkins restaurant. Thank you to the night team for everything you did! It's very appreciated.

Perkins is definitely a solid business, can't go wrong here. Today the service lasted much longer, but this is typical everywhere. Service quality and food were however excellent. Bring your patience with you into any restaurant and be happy that you are good waiters and give them your appreciation. It was lunch so we tried for a brunch type article and both enjoyed our chicken cordon bleu-shot, potatoes and fruit.

From the last 5 times I was here, it was very busy with many customers and not much staff. However, my recent visit was on a beautiful day (about 75, not many cars, and was immediately seated. This may have been the reason, but the building literally had no airflow or AC. I really wanted my lunch to pick up the place for my guest, so I beat him, but I eat it fast. I felt bad for the staff Hoping it's much better on my next trip because I still tend to eat!

Three stars, since the food is good, cleanliness is not stellar. They are often underused with Waitstaff who often do many jobs while they try to wait table. I praise them for it. Another point of lack of maintenance. The garbage container out there is often overflowing. A safety concern is that the railings were removed at the front (due to corrosion), but they were not replaced. A wheelchair and people with balance/coordination could stand out from the concrete path/camp. I'll add photos to the next visit.

First, my spoon that was banded together with the fork napkin was dirty. The coffee was very bitter. Not even excess sugar helped it. I ordered over easy eggs and the top film was very slimey and you could see the egg whites were still raw. I asked for a new dish with scrambled eggs. My appetite became uneasy so I asked for a to-go box. My waiter was a male with over an inch long black nails and his thumb was touching the inside od the take out box! I did not leave a tip.
