The waiter never knew who the food belonged to, even though he was the only server for our table. We got charged for extra beverages and food that wasn't even ordered correctly. A chair broke as soon as one of us sat down and aside from bringing out a new chair, no one from staff or management came to check on her or apologize. I would think after seeing something like that, that some portion of her meal and our drinks would have been comped. They do not deserve the 4 star rating that they have. If you're not Hispanic I highly doubt you will be given any good service. $300 waisted! Disgusting!
So happy with the customer services!! The food is delicious. I really recommend this place to go and have a pleasant time with the family!
This was our first time trying this restaurant. As my party was seated a friend of mine went to sit down on her chair and the chair legs gave out and my friend ended up hitting her head pretty hard on the brick wall that was next to her. No one came to see if she was ok, fill out an accident report, or offer her compensation towards her meal. It actually took a while for the staff to even bring her a new chair. After that, our lunch was obviously off to a bad start. Once we ordered, the service was slow, and we actually had to ask for some of our drinks 3 times before we got them. Then 2/3 of our party got their food while the rest of us had to wait another 5-10 minutes for ours. My drink was never offered to be refreshed either. The food itself I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I had the steak fajitas and a margarita.
Mi pueblo is the best resturant in green bay ruby our server is the best one highly recommend comming here!!!!
Really great food and drinks, but over an hour wait for food for a noon lunch that wasn 't that busy. The michelada (Mexican beer with spices added) was fantastic, much better than store bought. The horchata was great too and a hit with the kids.I got the deluxe seafood bowl in the mi pueblo sauce a rich red broth that complemented the mix of shrimp, clams, mussels, and crab well.Seafood is the specialty here and it 's probably the way to go when you eat here. My dad got the fried calamari, which was perfectly battered and lightly fried with a smoky chipotle mayo for dipping. They have a kid 's menu with standard options, but the kids were happy with a la carte chicken tacos with sides of beans and rice. There are no vegetarian options on the menu, but our server asked the kitchen what they could make and put together a veggie chimichanga for my wife.Portions here are generous plan to take home some leftovers.Vegetarian options: None on the menu, but the kitchen will come up with something if you ask
