Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a tuna sandwich and was disappointed to find it had barely any meat. I called and spoke to the manager to ask why the sandwich didn't have the usual amount of tuna; the meat wasn’t distributed properly, and overall, the sandwich looked and tasted empty. Additionally, my order took 36 minutes to arrive, even though it said 15 minutes online. I’ll be calling in the morning, as the food also made me feel sick.
The quality has decreased, and the appearance of the sub was laughable. The filling was mostly concentrated at one end. It feels like they’re not putting in their full effort. I suppose this is what I should expect from fast food.
The delivery was quick, and the selection in the shop was impressive. Overall, it was a decent experience.
Everything about this location is perfect! The staff is amazing! Jacodi and Talon are definitely some of the best people I've ever met! Support these men! Love this place so soulful for them!
While I have always loved jimmy johns, and I get their motto ?freaky fast?, that doesn?t mean that they should do it sloppy. I asked for a sub that had tomatoes on it and asked for them to be removed. The cashier told the sandwich maker and I paid for my meal. Literally within me walking from the cashier 2 feet to my right they gave me my sandwich. I was impressed! Until I drove back to work to find tomatoes on it. I had no receipt as I was not offered one with no label on the sandwich to indicate no tomato. I?m not one to complain...but what if I was allergic to tomatoes and had already driven away (like I did) and had no time to get back to the location. I like their sandwiches, I just think the organization and motto should equally match the quality of their sandwiches. That?s all.
