Burger King - Green Bay

Burger King food was bold. basically dried out onion rings not even fresh came broken up burger was cold dried up meat like as if it sat in warmer drawer for hours I will not order from this Burger King again then it was 45 minutes late because they had to switch delivery driver for what reason I don't know

I went to the drive thru to order for a family of 6, so it was a pretty long order. Everytime I order an item, the girl taking my order kept asking, is that it? Is that it? She said it with a sassy attitude, too. You can tell right off the bat that she 's one of those workers that hates customers, but only want to show up at her job and do nothing for a paycheck. She gave me my total and told me to pull up to the second window. Snatched my card and didn 't even give me a receipt. Waited 15 mins and while waiting, I see a bunch of angry, mean mugging teenage girls. (Oh lord) Gave me my food so rudely and said here , then slammed her window. Right there and then I already knew my order was messed up, but the line was so long behind me it wasn 't worth getting my order fixed. Got home and checked my food, we got 2 extra burgers and mozzarella sticks, which was never even mentioned in the order. Lol Therefore I 'm not upset at all, but the lack of professionalism and respect really gives of a terrible vibe. According to the other reviews here, seems like the manager doesn 't provide proper training to their workers, nor do they teach their workers to value the customers.

Drove thru. Ordered two burgers without tomatoes. Can you guess? Also ordered some cookies and was told, We ain 't got none made. That was enough to tell me never to come here again. If you can 't speak appropriately while working for a business, I don 't trust the food preparation. When I did drive thru and paid I was handed a water, despite ordering a diet Coke. Education is important!

Worst customer service I have had in a long time. whole time I was ordering all they did was sigh at me. didn't even get to finish saying anything before they asked what else. could definitely tell the person doesn't care for the job. definitely won't come back to this restaurant

It took a very long time to be able to place an order even though no one else was there. They didn’t give a receipt and forgot half of our food.
