Wendy's - Greeley

On the 15 I order a double hamburger meal and a small chili. I charged 13.03. When I came home, it was just one Hamburgermahl. I called Wendys and asked for Manager Lady to talk to me. I told her I only have one meal. That's right. They were only charged for a single. I say, no double costs 7,99 and a little chili costs two. She didn't know what to say. She said a single cost of 7.99. She had orders so slowly from the ride up. The line was so long. Many people left. You'd come to the speaker and she'd let you wait 15 minutes. Please train your employees to learn people's skills, they also massacre great time on my order. I like Wendy's, but I'm gonna think twice about going there. It was Wendy on the 8th Ave. She wasn't the manager, she was probably the same girl that messed up my order and n small chili on

I think this is the best Windy's in Greeley they make it food as it should be and the workers are very nice I recommend this place

The food is fresh and the staff are polite. Order is usually correct... The couple of times there was a mistake that they quickly admit and apologize for the mistake as well as makes it right. They only lose a star because the parking lot and car sucks through. It's like a trap... The line is always super long in traffic without failing... The cars in the drive through block the cars on the parking spaces. It's really a logistic nightmare. My advice is order online for the execution and parking on the road just in the north... Because it's illegal to turn left from the parking lot.

Was mostly a good experience! They often have some kind of meal deal! food is usually very tasty!

Food was hot and looked like the commercial, don't get that often! Person at the counter didn't give us drink cups until we asked. Credit card machine was down at the desk so they took my card back to drive up, a little scary but monitoring my card for a few days. Fries were way over salty, even after taking some off with our hands. Overall good experience.
