Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Greeley

My grandmother was with me as usual. We both had the pulled pork sandwich that was phenomenal. Both had the Jalapeno beans that weren't as good as I remember. The swan and the potato salad were bombs. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Give or take $15 for each person. No lemon wedges for ice tea and no ice cream. Since it was slower times and a holiday, I won't keep it to my stars...

A GEM hidden just off 10th Street in —-After my glowing review of Dickey’s Becue has lost some of it’s glamor! We have visited regularly on the day they have the special pulled pork sandwich, with a special price. The food, service and delicious smells can not be beaten! The PRICE on a “regular” almost stopped my heart! Visit Dickey’s on specials day OR join me somewhere else where it does not cost “an arm and s leg” for a very modest meal!!!! Visited Dickeys again last night and was blown away! The staff was tops and the food was outstanding, and i dont mean outstanding on the sidewalk looking in! We went in and from the moment you smell the smoke until you stagger out with you stomach filled and your mind blow away, you have had the Dickies Experience!! I have the 2 meat plate. Just one of my pages. The ranch is also watered here for some reason. If the consistency of water has, I am not sure if it has its own ranch. Disappointed not to receive my other side. $17 a meal, so I was hoping to get everything. Friendly staff.

Brisket was decent. The best was the role. I'm not sure if you should use chessboard paper anymore, is that even safe to eat?

Took the family out for BBQ. We placed our order, being careful not to order pork the wife is deathly allergic). When our plates were delivered I noticed that my Old School didn 't look like brisket. I ask and was told it was The Old Fashion which is pulled pork. The young lady offered to take it and replace the pork with brisket..I told her that since it 's gonna get thrown out anyway that id just keep it expecting to give it to the kids or dog. I was informed that no, we can still use this Really!!!?? NOT LEGAL OR ETHICAL... I offered a solution. Leave it and I 'll pay for brisket. So....my friends. Did you enjoy my/your pulled pork on Thursday night ???? Ummm.? Not cool... I AM from Texas...and I wouldn 't give u second hand Pulled Pork...And as an addition. The response marked by owner is not by the owner. These places are franchises...took 2 days for corporate to ask for a copy of this review and ask to send me coupons. Still haven 't heard from THE OWNER. What terrible place. Hey DICKEYS GIVE ME THIS SPOT...I 'll treat ur customers right.
