Extremely rude customer service. First time here and won’t be back.

If you like small little holes in the wall with some of the best food at cheaper than major food chain prices then you will absolutely love this place.I have been working up in greeley for the past month and this has become my go to for lunch. Their club sandwiches are enormous and extremely tasty.

First time eating at this establishment drive-thru Easy-to-Read menu friendly service very good food great salsa reasonable prices. I recommend this place over Santiago's or any other burrito joint we have in Greeley. I would add a photo of my burrito but I've already eaten it.

My employer bought breakfast burritos from this place this morning. I am allergic to certain types of cheese so I called to find out if I could eat it but the gal who answered was not polite and not very professional. I asked her if she knew what type of cheese is used for the breakfast burritos and she snarkly said she does not...I then asked if there was someone there who would know and she said in an annoyed tone there is not. Didn't really even care to find something out for a potential customer and from the moment she picked up the phone acted like the call was bothering her.I've been wanting to try new places for breakfast burritos here in town and she made it a little easier as this place I won't be trying and sounds like my employer will not be ordering again once I told him what happened. I'll just be sticking with the other little Mexican restaurants that are much more friendly, professional, and wouldn't mind sharing that type of information with customers.

The website is incredibly confusing, so much so that i wasnt really sure what exactly was being offered this evening. I called to place my order and when I started to say something that wasnt being offered that night, the employee said uhhhhh and hung up on me. I called back and was rudely told that the only serve tacos on Tuesday.Zero problem with the menu or that they only serve tacos tonight. Huge problem with beung treated so poorly on the first time i wanted to try this restaurant. Probably won 't ever go now.
