McDonald's - Greater Shepparton

Attended McDonalds South Shepparton this morning with friends. Had to ask for a cloth to clean the tables as they were sticky and had bits of food on them. Rubbish bin was overfowing in shop. No serviettes in the holders. Attendant looked bored and as if she wanted to be anywhere but there serving us. This shop used to be spotless and it was service with a smile. Need to lift your game Managers!!

There were lots of people in but for me it was a 2 hour stop after leaving Melbourne heading north. Car park was reasonably full and the same inside. My prime reason for stopping was toilet stop and grab a coffee. Toilets were clean which is always a plus. Coffee took 10 mins which is longer than expected. Achieved my goals but not rushing back

I arrived here quite late in the afternoon and to be honest, I found access to be quite easy.. .the access to the drive thru was incredibly good with plenty of parking available and going through the area will not block other traffic off. First impressions were good. The drive thru process was a bit clunky as we went backwards and forwards ... but we got there. The staff were quite pleasant. The meal however was bland and tasteless... this is something I have never experienced before... I ordered a Fillet of Fish meal with a strawberry thick shake. The fillet of fish was utterly awful... I can't imagine how they destroyed it. On an upside, the fries were standard and the thick shake was as normal. I would like to believe I just got a bad day.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Additionally, their behavior was discriminatory.

I had triple cheese burger and it was horrible. It was like a cheap dollar burger, cold and tastless...even my dog refuses to eat. Never ever will go back.
