AfghanTasty Food - Greater Dandenong

We had lunch here after reading the reviews on Trip Adviser. The Ashak was fantastic, delicious dumplings filled with chives and coriander, topped with yoghurt and spicy red beans. My friend had the chapli kebab which he said was deliciously spicy and very fresh. The service was very good for a casual lunch place and the staff were very happy and friendly. Our new favourite afghani restaurant in Dandenong.

I am someone who loves trying new foods. I haven't had Afghan food before, but had similar foods (from neighbouring regions).We just ordered a couple of dishes, and we were not disappointed. The food was superb, even miss 6 loved it and proceeded to smear sauce around her doll's face to show how much the doll loved it!The staff were excellent, and it seemed were only too happy to share their food with a family that obviously didn't normally eat it. I highly recommend this place!

There are a number of very good Afghan Restaurants in Dandenong but this is the best by far. Great kebabs, bread, rice, vegetables and meat. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A great success for the owners.Incredible value for money. We were given a free desert to take home. This was our 4th time here

I tryed this place with my partner based on the reviews as the original place we go to was closed.service was terrible, food was even worse.threw it up few hrs later.not sure if these reviews are so true.defiantly wont be going back.

We travelled from interstate for basketball and had a great meal after our match. Fresh and tasty- fueled us a for a big win the next morning. Wonderful, friendly owners. Will be going back.
