Wingstop - Great Wood

Food has been disgusting as of late. Don’t know what’s going on, but that along with the outrageous wait times has sent this place downhill!

I ordered online and came on the time frame it was suppose to be ready and I waited along with 6 other patrons..There was good on the floor. TRash over flow where you get drinks...The music playing was Spanish so I guess this a Spanish store..2 people cooking with help from cashier. Service slow..

This place has the worst customer service. I placed a order for delivery. Order got here sealed. We are missing ranch and the chickens nuggets are really dry hell with very little sauce sauce. I've have been calling for 45 minutes and no answer. This is not the first they have messed up my order. Last time they argued with me.

This place have a really bad costumer service, and if you call to place an order or to change something in your order they never answer

Okay so I’m never one to complain about anything but their was a roach in my food I literally gagged when I seen it!!!!!
