Jersey Mike's Subs - Great Wood

Dude! I got the wrong order and this place made it right! Anyone can make a mistake, but the DoorDash driver didn't even look at the ticket before taking it either. I'm very specific about my sandwiches and I called upset. The restaurant brought it out to me. Not door dash.... The restaurant had the integrity to make it right. I don't know if you know how huge this is! You just don't find this anymore.Thank you Scott!Oh yeah and killer Stickballs! #11

I kinda forgot about this place until wifey told me to go get her a Italian sandwich from there so I got the long one and had it divided into three sections . It was VERY yummy. I think they need other cheese

I have never had a bad sub at jersey mikes, the bread is fresh and the subs are delicious!

This location has lousy management and apparently they are hard up for money. Made an online order, attempted to cancel the order immediately. I Called repeatedly and no one picked up the phone. At some point they took it off the hook because it would no longer ring. Then, when I finally got ahold of someone 2 days later the manager named George refused to refund the order. He actually laughed, I guess he thought it was amusing.. I asked them why they didn’t answer and the response was “We were busy”. It was $10! Not $100.

Worse ran Jersey Mike's I have been too. Orders consistently late and wrong.
