Firehouse Subs Windermere - Great Wood

I love going here! The service is always great and everyone is so friendly. The last few times their A/C has been broken! Please fix this we live in Houston!!

Ate here on my lunch break today. Loved it all from the sub to the two ladies that helped me decide which sub I wanted to go with. I shouldve gotten their names but great energy attitude. I can tell my sub was made with love. I recommend 100% and I will be coming back for more.

Update: they got my order wrong. I asked for cheese and bacon in my potato soup. I ordered chili too but they put strips of bacon and cheese in my chili instead when I specifically asked for it. The cashier was spectacular though. I was really impressed by her, she was AWESOME! The chili and potato soup was disappointing. I was hoping for more . I tried the turkey bacon ranch sub. It was so so. I usually get the hook and ladder but tried something new. Overall I like this sub shop but today they missed on accuracy which was also disappointing.

This location should be the trainer for all the firesub i had been visit. They do it as perfection, Me and wife noticed that. This people have passion on doing those sub and the taste could garantee that. I go to other and doest taste the same as this location. I hope that this team was close to were I leave.

Great restaurant There is a woman who works here who offered me customer service in terms of the atmosphere and my meal, she asked if I’m enjoying my meal and it made me smile
