Cicis Pizza - Great Wood

My recent experience at this specific Cicis left a sour taste in my mouth, to say the least. After driving 25 minutes from our home, because our usual location closed for some mysterious reason, we arrived at this Cicis location an hour before closing time, hoping to enjoy a leisurely dinner.However, our hopes were dashed when we were turned away at the door and told that the buffet was closing early for no apparent reason. To add insult to injury, they were only accepting to-go orders, leaving us with no option but to settle for a hastily prepared meal to take home.The lack of explanation for the early closure and the inconvenience it caused left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize convenience over the satisfaction of its loyal customers, especially when we made the effort to dine in during their advertised hours of operation.Needless to say, this experience has left a lasting impression, and it's safe to say we won't be rushing back to Cicis anytime soon. When it comes to dining out, reliability and consistency are key, and unfortunately, this Cicis location fell short on both fronts.

So the food is ok but the Dr pepper wasbetter than McDonald's on a hot summer day

There are a lot of different kinds of pizza and salads. There is a small game place for kids. Enough parking lots.

Super long wait for pizzas, brownies. We left eventually.it was not even busy by any means. Avoid this place if your kid is super hungry.

The price is good, especially for families. Pizzas and everything taste ok. I just wish the kept the salad bar cleaner, in and around the counters. You can see what I'm talking about from the register.
