Whole in The Wall Carniceria/ Taco Dinning place.Customer Service: 5 out of 5, the man that assisted us was welcoming and knowledgeable. We asked questions about the different type of meats, cuts and ingredients.Quality: The fajita/asada marinated meat was delicious. We got samples from their kitchen/dinning area. We also got to taste the carnitas. Wow, if you are from Mexico, specifically from Michoacán you know it’s hard to find authentic carnitas.Overall we recommend this place to get all your Asada ingredients! We bough pastor meat, cecina meat, fajita meat, queso, tortillas, and chiles. This place is new. Established in 2022, we hope this small business thrives because we want to continue to come back soon.
