If you love Vietnamese food and aren't rushing down to Bibos, I don't know what you are doing with your lifes children. The Pho Lemon grass grilled pork are amazing. Absolutely in love with this place. I'm just saying....
This place is such a hidden gem! We had the Humpty Dumpty, pho no meat, beef lo mein, and charbroiled pork bahn mi. Everything was delicious and their teas are so good(we had peach green tea and mango green tea with tapioca)
Came here for pho because I heard good things about it before. Should have known after waiting 40+ minutes that the pho would be tasteless. Normally at other places the pho comes out in minutes due to it being cooked in large batches for hours to create a great tasting broth. Not only was the broth tasteless but the beef was like I was chewing gum. The veggies that go in the pho were not fresh and had no smell like they are just sitting in a cooler uncovered. Would not recommend.
First time trying out Bibo’s, and will never return. My girlfriend and I sat down and ordered two entrees, with no additions, modifications, etc. We ordered as the meals were offered on the menu. I say this because after over 45 minutes of waiting and receiving nothing other than water, two other tables that came in after us had their food served, one of which was a very large order, far larger than our own. No mention was given as to when our food would be ready or why it was taking so long, nor why other customers were being served when we were not. After nearly an hour, we left and went to a different restaurant not far down the road that was delicious and timely.
I use to come here and the pho was pretty good. Now, I guess they’re under new management and are cutting costs or something because the pho is so bland and tasteless.
