SABRINA! The manager on duty was so freaking rude to her employees. The employee ringing me and my husband up was so patient and polite! But Sabrina would definitely ruin an employee’s day with how she speaks to them. She got annoyed with her worker because the worker kept needing her approval of our free food that we acquired with our points. The worker was only doing her job and calling her to approve the transaction but she completely ignored her and didn’t acknowledge her calls. So the employee had to keep calling her until she turned around and told her to “WAIT” in a scolded tone. If she would have simply acknowledged the first time she called she wouldn’t even have to call her name so much. Just overall rude! No smiles , She’s the type of manager you wouldn’t want to work for.

The hamburger came exactly as I wanted, but they kept it waiting for a while to serve.

3.5/5 stars. Pretty okay burger king. Food is fine. The bathrooms are usable. Ample parking. My only issue is that they have gotten my order wrong 3 out of the last 4 times I've been there. They fixed it, but still. This is in store and in the drive thru. I still come here, but ALWAYS check my food now before pulling off/leaving the store. I suggest you do the same.
