Burger King - Great Falls

This review is for the west side location. I saw a recent article where Burger King was trying to improve their reputation and would put emphasis on their trademark item the Whopper. My two previous bad experiences were enough to keep me away, but the news article convinced me to try again. I guess this facility is not aware of corporates plans. This experience was no different than the previous two. 12 to 15 minute wait in drive thru line and food barley warm enough to risk eating. One positive I noticed at the three visits, the staff were good at apologizing for the delay.

Solid 18 minute wait to get two non- specialty hamburgers and fries. Ridiculous for 5 employees to incompetently handle the minimal business of 5 other customers. Inexcusable management and order fulfillment processes.

I had to fight flies and larva to eat. How the hell is this place still open I have never seen this much bugs in one restaurant I waited forever and my food was attacked by the hordes of flies

Terrible! There was dead flys and alive ones everywhere. It was smokey and the food was not good. The tables were sticky with crumbs everywhere. I will never eat there again! If I could put a lower review I would!

The Texas Double Whopper with cheese is a must-try! It's an incredibly delicious burger that truly satisfies. The onion rings make a perfect side to accompany it. For those who aren’t fans of jalapeños, don’t worry—they can serve it without them, allowing you to enjoy a light hint of heat without any excessive spice. Food rating: 5/5.
