Burger King - Great Falls

A wonderful employee named Chentel Wilson provided exponential service with my order and her kindness brighten my day. My order was flawless As well as well put together. So a big thank you to Burger King for hiring an employee such as her. Can’t wait to come back for more.

In the past, I've always had wrong orders, burnt or gross food. Now they have a new manager and she was the highlight of my visit! I haven't eaten at the BKs here for a long time due to poor quality/service but now it seems they have improved and my food was hot n fresh! My order was correct and the service was absolutely wonderful! Will be eating here more often now

I've never gotten bad service form here. I hear stories but thats all they are to me. Stories. My own experience, top notch. Always fresh. Always precise. Scares me that u don't always wear gloves BUT screw it, my kids eat unwashed fruit sometimes so I don't mind. I think thats the only complaint people have is that you don't always wear gloves but that only happened with me once in person and the lady was very new so I didn't throw a fit. We're all friends. No big deal.

On my recent visit to BK in Great Falls Montana I received EXCELLENT service and friendly atmosphere. Chentel was my favorite part of the visit!! She was so nice to my kids and made sure we had everything we needed and that our order was perfect for my very picky eaters. She made the visit a 5 star experience for sure. DONT LOSE HER EVER!!

Incredible service last night. The food is always fresh and the folks at the window are friendly. If you want value and food and service. Go see them.
