Buffalo Wild Wings - Great Falls

Do not write reviews, but the service here is a problem! we work 70 hours per week, so we go a good piece, that was by far the worse place we have been here since the move. we went to this place about a month ago was not impressed but decided we would try another today bc everyone has an off day sometimes, but that was a mistake. stood at the door for a bit before it was noticed while we were there, another couple went out of the bc of bad service in the section we sat, after the waiter clean standing, so we decided to sit at the bar. saw a 'cause the bar, so I got us a menu. at the order we order everything at 1 time soaked appetizer meals. we finish our first drinks that I had to ask about our appetizer, we did not receive what she says to me, it comes into the kitchen it brings out directly. When our food finally came out, it was cold. we had to ask that our drinks have refilled the leak. the fastest service we got was that they took our card. while we waited for the same bartender/waitress to take a local order for his drink then eat that he had eaten in 10 minutes, we waited for an hour. We can't be from here, but we deserve the same service as everyone else.

Raged buffalo wings and Caribbean idiots. what I got was orange chicken and Caribbean jerk. I also paid for my wings being all drums and not getting all drums. every time I have ordered from bww, they always screw up my order, no matter how easy it is. Not to mention that they are overpriced for what they get, especially when what they get is not what they have ordered. if they want good wings, they won't go here. the max casino in the bay has amazing wings and will actually get it right.

Recently went because my man wanted the buffalo mac 'n cheese, but it was no longer on the menu. he was very disappointed. he ordered the beef brisket tacos and they came out of ice cold. the flesh had never been heated and the dishes were also cold. we had an excellent waiter who kindly went back to the kitchen to replace the food. my meal, on the other side, was absolutely delicious! I had the garlic chicken parmesan street tacos, yum!

3 of us went to buffalo wild wings Saturday at 11:30. it wasn't busy. in the area there were 1 standing occupied. we were waiting for someone to sit down and we were totally ignored. we waited awhile and gave them a lot of time to acknowledge us. the waitress in the dining room looked at us and went back to one to speak with them. after that we left. they lost from my business and I will not go back soon.

Part of my food was forgotten to bring out, took forever to get our stuff then Samantha was very rude to us checking out because we wanted someone else to check us out because we were waiting to get our check for a good 30 minutes. When we asked for to go boxes she was acting like it was a huge problem and proceeded to be very rude. worst experience i’ve had there yet. keywan tried to take over and help us 10/10 to him.
