Get Shucked - GREAT BAY

I have tried more naturally flavorful oysters at Freycinet Marine Farm, but this restaurant has the most innovative oyster menu I've ever seen. The Asian Fusion oysters were a standout. They were fresh and even my partner, who isn't a fan of oysters, enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend this place and would return if I find myself on Bruny Island again. The ambiance is relaxed with a partially open-air feel and nice views, although it can get crowded at times.

We visited this restaurant on a weekend and absolutely enjoyed the Asian panko-style oysters! The sauce and noodles paired beautifully with the oysters, creating a delightful combination.

Mr R and I went to try out the famous get shucked oysters at bruny island. The oysters were so fresh and delicious. The guy that served us told us how they harvest the oysters it was really interesting.

The oysters are amazing here! We came here as a group and we feel so welcomed. The environment of the place is so Insta-friendly and we had a great time there.
