Mcdonald's - Great Barrington

I came to this McDonalds with a mobile order and gave the code to the woman at the intercom. She said she didn’t have it and to pull up to the second window. The young man at the window was delightful. He politely asked his coworkers what we ordered because I guess nobody told him that there was an issue with getting our order. He told his manager that he needed her and she responded with a really attitude filled “WHY” . She came and we told her what was going on and she told us there was nothing she could do. She was incredibly rude, treated everyone with attitude and she literally even walked away from us while we were talking to her . Never returning , hope she gets fired !

Bought two fish fillets and they came in the box but instead of fish they put chicken instead of just saying they were out of fish. I was deff wasted money as I don't even like those mcchickens

Attitude at every step through the drive-thru. They won't provide receipts for mobile orders, so I can't send feedback to the store and the mobile app doesn't have the option.

This is supposed to be a family restaurant. Don 't bring your kids here. Especially after 5pm.The staff are racist they eat while they prepare your meal.The food isn 't meant for a dog. And the lobby looks like a landfill.I waited at the counter 22 mins after being seen as soon as I walked in the door.this is not an isolated incident. It happens often. By often I mean everytime I go in there. Or a friend goes in there or anyone I hear of for all that matters. I filed an official complaint with corporate. Was promised a return phone call and much to my surprise.... nothing !!So ill be following up with them.The night before this incident i had to call and report an intoxicated woman to the police because the manager refused to again this is a family establishment and there were families with chores inside. This woman I speak of was so intoxicated she drove over a traffic iand as I was crossing the parking lot. She continued and then parked sideways in the middle of the parking lot. Got out of the car and barely made it inside. The staff replied to our pleas for them to report her with . that 's not in my job desription. laughed and continued to try and take the ladies order.Back to the music, unless you want your minor children listening to music that contains vulgarity and degrading material dehumanizing woman and glorifying drug dealing and killing officers of the law...Go to the next restaurant please.

Lousy service, incorrect burgers and lack of food.We ordered two Cheeseburgers and they sent us two Mc Chicken instead ?, on top of that I asked for small fries that they didn't put in my order, the iced mocha was just ice cubes.
