Absolute shambles of a TGI. We waited 40 mins for the sharer starter which was completely cold. Our daughter kids meal came out at the same time, it was so cold she could eat it straight away (she’s 14 months old). We then waited another 30 mins for the starter to come out again! After a further 25 mins wait we gave up waiting for our mains and walked out! What a wasted evening, shocking service and will never be returning! Service: Dine in

We waited 20 minutes for our server to come over to get our order in the end we had to go and find someone to go and look for her just so she could take our food and drink orders. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to receive are mains yet the restaurant was virtually empty. Mains arrived and a medium rear steak was ordered yet it was medium well. We got the steak re cooked which took 20 minutes I had finished my food before the steak came which means we came to dinner together yet ate separately. When the steak did come it was dropped to the table and the server walked away and didn’t say a word. The food took so long we didn’t even order dessert as we have already been here so long.

Went for diner with my friends and been served by fabulous waitress Victoria! Food was excellent and our whole evening was perfect! Thank you for an amazing service!
