Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Our experience was horrible. The cashier took our to-go order around 5:55pm and we received our food at 6:25pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2023. We waited 30 minutes for two salads, and we watched customers(approximately five customers), who come in after us, received their food before we obtain ours. When we asked the server why we were not being served, she told us that the orders go out in the order taken. Not true, it was a bold face lie. I apologize to the lady if I got a little testy. Then at home eating my salad, there was long hair in it. Gross, disgusting. I hope I don't get food poisoning. This is the second time we waited 30 minutes for our food. We will not be coming back because Zaxby's service is horrible.

I ordered a Kicken Chicken sandwich meal and there were only 2 small fingers on the sandwich and very little sauce. I returned my sandwich to the counter and complained so they added another small finger to the sandwich. I was very disappointed. This is the slowest service I have ever had! I placed a mobil order over an hour before I arrived and still had to wait an hour to receive my order.. everyone in the store was complaining of how they have all been waiting on their food. Took our order at 1:45 did not receive till 2:25 new Philly sandwich fries and drink sloooooooooooooooooooow and not tasty Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
