Tim Hortons - Gravenhurst

I have been to this Tim Hortons probably hundreds of times. Generally there is a huge line winding through the restaurant and the line never moves too quickly but this last weekend was an all time slow. Now I do expect that they will be busy, they are right on the highway and a very popular spot but I also expect that the management knows it is busy and would schedule accordingly. It's not like it's a surprise that they would be busy on a Saturday in July. We were there Saturday afternoon, likely were 8th in line, maybe 9th, (and at least one couple ahead of us got fed up and left, many looked at the line and didn't even bother) and were there half an hour. Really, we clocked it. There seemed to be two tills open, someone on drive through and a couple other people preparing. We kept looking at the head of the line and wondering what the hold up was and why this line was barely moving. The people working had absolutely no sense of urgency, one in particular moved extremely slowly, like he had all the time in the world and no one seemed too happy, no one was smiling. I can imagine that it's stressful working there, I know what it's like to work in an environment that is extremely busy and this is a super busy spot but it's also imperative that there is enough capable staff on to serve the customers. The only reason I gave it a 2 instead of 1 was because the coffee and food was good. Will anyone stop going to this Tim Hortons because of service? Likely not but there is definitely room for improvement. And I realize this is likely something no one can do anything about, but only two bathroom stalls is a little ridiculous.

I've stopped here a few times as a rest spot/grab coffee/refuel. The washroom is pretty gross for a place that serves food, but i guess it's because of the high traffic for a pit stop for most cottagers. They need to clean it more often. Only had a coffee here. Wonder about cleanliness of food prep if washrooms are in that state of mess.

Better selection than a lot of other local Tim Hortons location. Fairly quick service and relatively clean.

Amber is the most rude employee I have ever spoken. she took us wrong and was extremely rude when we tried to correct it. she has accused us twice for the timbits because she has forgotten to give us. disgusting service.

Absolutely bad. I've never been working properly. 30 minutes for a sandwich and 2 coffees. no care or want to work by employees. absolutely the worst tims I've ever been.
