Taco Bell - Grassy Key

We arrived at about 6 pm on 4/2/24. Our order was correct after figuring out that they don't offer the cravings box anymore. We had to wait behind some customer letting her about 10 and 6 year olds place their mother's orders for her even though she could speak perfectly. The customer svc guy was a jerk and interrupted us several times while we were trying to place our order. I don't know about the atmosphere as I didn't go inside.

Very stingy on sauce packets. We ordered food for 10 people and they only gave us 3 sauce packets. No water is allowed unless we BUY the cups, and no napkins or utensils outside for us to use. They insisted they had everything out but nothing was there.Food was good however, service was fast. But dining in was a poor experience.

I asked for extra sauce (we ordered 7-8 items and were given like a handful of sauces). When I asked for additional sauces, they said 75 cents per. They eventually gave us a small handful of sauces but honestly never had an experience like this.

0 stars you should update your hours of operation. Pulled up at 9:55PM and they said they were closed. Google says 11PM and so does the Taco Bell website. Even waited at the beginning of the drive through pull in and they put the cone out as we were driving up to the window. Yet they were still serving people in the parking lot.

Excellent fast food. What surprised me the most was that there wasn't as much oil in the food as I would have thought. I recommend ?
