Brasserie De L'évêché - Grasse

I admit I don't understand previous opinions. My companion and I visited this Monday, May 30, 2022, in the Brasserie de l’Évéché, for lunch. The frame is very cute. Typical of Grasse, and especially quiet, not like all the tourist catches. As far as waiting is concerned, our drinks were ordered 5 minutes after our arrival. And our dishes arrived in a normal time. We opted for the lemonade house at 4,9€ which was excellent, very refreshing and served in a large glass. Elsewhere, you pay your coca €4 and it's just a coca, and you make comments. As for the dish, we chose a queen pizza, all the elements were very tasteful, whether mushrooms or ham, and the dough was excellent. My companion chooses the daube, served in good quantity and quality meat. With a very good sauce, what to do with a bread that I thought was very good. Not the white wand without taste. For kindness, the staff listened, I found it at the other tables. Nothing to mention on this side, the smiling staff. I do not find at all the cost of high dishes for what has been served us. But it’s so much easier to write when you’re unhappy, than when it’s good! So when it’s okay, you have to say it too. Thank you for this great lunch and good continuation
