I ordered the app before I arrived and my food was served quickly. The server was very friendly. The chocolate shakes and mozzarella sticks were pretty good. Food: 4/5
Don't go here. Beware of manager. Management hates coupons. My children received vouchers from the school they visit. The manager was upset that we used them. We wanted to get them back and use them in the store we got them from. The vouchers were for 2 children meals and a medium Slush. I also had buought meals for my wife and me together with another child's meal. I could see if we didn't pay anything and tried to get everything for free. Manager was terrible. I even offered to pay meals for one of the children, so it would use only 2 coupons. He was rude for my children and extremely distorted about 2 free children's meals and a free Slush. As a manager, he should send advertising ideas or even customers away.
I went to the place to order. I started ordering and wanted to tell them what I didn't want on my burger. The person told me to know when you're ready and hanged on me and cleared the screen. Now I don't want to believe I was racist, but I feel safe as it is.
My husband placed an order through the app at 7:40 pm. When I arrived I checked in. They were very busy and didn't respond for about 15 minutes. I informed the gentleman I was there to pick up an order. He said it would be out. I sat there for another 20 minutes and a different person responded and said I had not checked in. When I told him I had he said I didn't and he would check me in. At that point I went into the store and asked what was going on with my order. It was almost 40 minutes since the order was placed. The young man who said I didn't check in repeated that lie at least 2 other times. In the meantime, a gentleman who may have been the manager walked over and I asked for a refund. He went to the register and when I attempted to show him the order on my phone he said he had the info. I asked if anybody was going to take responsibility or say anything about the delay with my order. Silence! The gentleman completed the refund transaction, walked over to me and showed me refund receipt timestamped 8:19. He said it might take a couple of days, then he walked away. Not a word more was spoken to me. Not one person apologized, explained, tried to rush my order, expressed any accountability... I walked out and took my money down the street. Shame on all of them and the company if you think this is acceptable.
