Palio's Pizza Cafe Grapevine

I order online for a group of people. These are the individual lunch boxes. I never had problems with my order. The delivery drivers are always punctual and super friendly.

Terrible experience today with my family. Laci Covington the general manager was so very rude. Has a horrible attitude and frankly I'm shocked she was in management at all. She tossed our food on the table and made us feel very unwelcome. She then wants to yell when I asked her what was wrong? I told her I wanted the owners information and she yelled and called the cops the cop said she must be having a bad day. We will not be going back EVER AGAIN!!!!! The worst experience ever.

Palio?s has great pizza. No question on that. Kids wanted chicken also so we got 2 kids chicken tenders. Turns out it?s just dinosaur chicken and a mix of over and under cooked fries. Wow. Just a heads up for anyone ordering chicken. Don?t!

Pizza was terrible. Crust was thin and crispy but stale crispy... not good crispy! The meatball sandwich tasted of nothing but salt. 2 stars because the hot Italian sandwich was quite good. I also hate having to order at the counter and tipping immediately... tipping is for service. It's also BYOB, which isn't a big deal but disappointing when I was looking forward to a nice red wine.

Palio's UberEats saved the day. Easy ordering and everything came fresh and within the hour. The Asian wings were tasty and our pizza was delicious ?.
