Olive Garden - Grapevine

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. Classy. Customer service is great and atmosphere is relaxing.

My food was delicious as always! I had the Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grilled Chicken and it was so good! Along with the salad bread which are always delicious! They’re always a little stingy with the salad dressing. My cocktail a green apple moscato sangria with fruit pieces was fabulous, sorry no picture!! If I had not been driving I would have had two!!

Good, friendly service. Meal was pretty much as expected for a national chain operation.

Nice enough place. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was tasty and came out in a reasonable amount of time even though we had a pretty big group. Jenni was fantastic! Small complaint: the bread sticks were really stale. When I tapped them on a plate they went, 'ting ting '! Bigger complaint: the men 's restroom needs some serious help. It stinks like urine. The toilet seat is coming apart. The door won 't shut all the way in the stall. I added some pics.

Poor service and poor food. Jill is a TERRIBLE SERVER. She's not attentive. Then she acted like we didn't know what fettuccine or alfredo was. She talked to us almost as if we were children. She was very indifferent to us. She did not check on us for 10-12 minutes after we got our food to make sure everything was correct or ask if we needed anything . I was sitting there needing extra sauce for over 10 minutes bc it came almost dry. By the time she came over, My food was cold from waiting, My husband had been without a refill for 15 minutes. Yet she was attentive to her other tables. Maybe she didn't like the way we looked. She missed out on a 20% tip. I will Not recommend anyone to this place. The manager did come over and offer to make the pasta again for me, but by this time, I was already pissed and just wanted to get out of there. I DID NOT want a discount or dessert or extra food; I wanted good service. Is that too much to ask for?!? I guess so these days. And let me add; we asked Jill for to go boxes, she left to get them.. ANOTHER 10 minutes passed. My husband had to get them from the bar ‍
