Mcdonald's - Grapevine

Sat in the drive-thru for several minutes, no one took my order. Drove to window an employee saw me. Walked away without taking my order. Wait several minutes. Even honked. Never came back to take my order.

Everytime I come here and the old lady is there she is just the WORST ! utterly rude ALWAYS in a bad mood and she is just a good day killer it’s so bad me and my family usually go down to William d tate store from now on. Not sure what’s stuck up her butt

This place was fine, but sometimes takes a long time to get your order. Mainly because they tend to get a lot of customers and sometimes because it seems that they employ a lot of high school students (who lack experience)Food: 4/5

I wish I looked at the reviews. I work at Gravine Main Street and usually go to other places, but wanted to be quick today. The whole order was wrong.

Bad customer service. The employee who took my order made a big Seufzer sound through the intercom, when I said I wasn't ready. Take always long to answer by the drive to think customers are closed. I got my order wrong!
