Kelly's Cajun Grill - Grapevine

The portion sizes seem to have shrunk to about half of what they used to be, which I suspect reflects the unusual times we’re living in. The service was adequate but lacked warmth and friendliness. I ordered a three-entree plate, but when I got to my car, I realized the orange chicken was missing. It seems she didn’t catch that I included it in my order, as the receipt only charged me for two entrees. While it was disappointing, I admit I was somewhat distracted texting while she packed my food, so I might have overlooked that detail myself. On the positive side, I noticed they’ve added plantains and cornbread to the menu, which I appreciated. Overall, there are some ups and downs, but I still enjoyed my meal.

This place is outstanding, even though it isn't Cajun at all. It's absolutely worth your time to give it a shot; I actually walked 2 miles to get my meal—1 mile there and 1 mile back!

As I walked through the food court, I tried some spicy chicken and thought it was truly delicious. I opted for a plate that included corn and Cajun potatoes, both of which were very flavorful as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. However, when I finished eating, I noticed a considerable amount of grease accumulating at the bottom of the plate, which made me pause and reflect on how much I had actually eaten.
