Buffalo Wild Wings - Grapevine

This restaurant has really declined. I didn't like the way the employees seemed to be treated like servants. The food was not good, and I'm not sure what happened to this once popular place. The service was slow, as we watched two other tables receive their appetizers and meals 20 minutes after our party of 4 did. Our appetizers and meals were brought out at the same time, and the amount of sauce on the wings was excessive - they were practically swimming in it. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that are much better. You're better off buying some frozen boneless wings and making them at home.

Bwws was in a steady decline. eating has become worse and now there are no bogo offers on Tuesday and Thursday. it is now a buy, pick up a half when I go on, I am sure that I will come back and lower the score, as the offers and quality will continue to fall.

As soon as we walked in, the smell was horrid, but we were hungry and decided to proceed. Our server was enthusiastic and very attentive! We immediately ordered two frozen margaritas, which took a while to come out... when they arrived, it was obvious, just by looking, that they were just ice... no color at all. Oh wow, that first sip was like a punch in the face! As bitter as bitter can get! Needless to say, they were unconsumable. Judging by the lack of standards and management in this restaurant, we feared the consequences of asking for another drink. To top it off, our food came out cold, making our complete experience (minus our awesome server) was torturous!I really hate leaving negative reviews, but people need to be warned... the stomach turning smell alone, upon entry, should be reason enough to find another option.

What a nightmare. Sunday night. Wasn’t even as packed as it would be for a cowboys game. We were quickly sat at a table , So many waiters/ waitresses passed by us without even acknowledging us. and it wasn’t until 30 minutes later that we brought it to the attention of the manager that could honestly care less, they sent a young man from the bar to get our order. One hour later and we still haven’t received our food. Thank god we aren’t from here. Most definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

We spent $100 to feed four people at this restaurant and were extremely disappointed. Despite ordering a large amount of food, we barely ate half of it because it was cold, unappetizing, and lacked flavor. The restaurant was busy with several sports teams celebrating, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor quality of our meal.
