Bidrage med feedbackNow, let’s talk about the highlight—the food. There’s an excellent variety of choices, with numerous gluten-free options clearly indicated on the menu. I’m a big fan of yucca and plantains, and I must say this is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The Arepa bread is perfect and absolutely delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. For me, my wife, and our son to have three entrees, two sides each, and drinks, the total was just $45. You really can’t beat that! Even if you don’t require gluten-free options, I highly recommend giving this place a try. We definitely plan to return often!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment in Harvest Hall, Grapevine, TX, and I was truly impressed by the range of options available, especially given that it specializes in Latin cuisine. I ordered the fully loaded nachos, which were delicious and definitely generous in portion! It’s nearly impossible to finish them in one sitting. I also tried the pulled beef arepa. While I found it a bit thin and not as filled as I had anticipated, the texture was soft and the flavor was great. Thankfully, the beef was tender and not tough or chewy. Overall, it was a delightful experience!
Hey everyone, just a heads up about this place located inside Hotel Vin. They've got a food court with several small restaurants. If you rely on Google Maps, you might spend a little time figuring out where to go. The spot is perfect for a great lunch or a casual dinner. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. I tried the grilled chicken arepa, Baja taco, and carne mechada taco, and they were all fantastic. I will definitely be coming back! It seems like an excellent spot to hit up if you're feeling tipsy or just want a hearty snack, especially if you're staying at the hotel.
I had a terrible experience that felt like a huge waste of time. The online menu is completely different from what you find in person. Instead of the four vegetarian (and/or vegan) options listed, there was only one available, and it was just black beans. To make matters worse, the prices were 1.5 to 2 times higher than what was advertised. The fried yuca was just average. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
I can't give a rating for the food because I never received any. All I got was an excuse about them running out of food, which was surprising since the other nearby restaurants still had plenty available. I arrived 25 minutes before closing and waited at the counter for 2 minutes before having to call the server's attention (who clearly saw me waiting). He seemed more focused on leaving quickly rather than serving customers and making money. Therefore, I have to rate the service at zero stars.
