Incredible dining experience! I ordered the ahi sandwich, and it was packed with fish, making it a great value for the price. The tuna was of excellent quality, enhanced by what seemed like wasabi and possibly some crispy ginger.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bohemian. Having recently moved to Grants Pass, we are gradually exploring the charming little restaurants and bistros in our new city. We chose to celebrate a birthday there at 4 PM during happy hour. The cocktails were fantastic, and the menu offered a diverse range of interesting options, including some excellent starters that served as my meal. My friend ordered the halibut, which was beautifully presented, although she wished there was no breading on the pan-fried fish. I thought it was quite light and personally enjoyed it, and the fish was tender and moist—definitely not dry, as halibut can sometimes be. Our server, Chayse, was quick, efficient, and entertaining. I was pleasantly surprised by the swift service, especially for a bistro where service and food preparation can often be slower. The atmosphere was lovely—intimate but not overly so, with plenty of people around, yet it wasn't too noisy at that hour. The caramel latte crème brûlée was simply perfect. We will definitely be back and plan to bring our guests here as well.

The food and service were outstanding. The waitress was well-informed about the menu and the daily specials. The local mulberry mule cocktail was incredibly refreshing and tasty. The food was spot on, and the timing between each course was perfectly executed. I'm definitely planning to return this week because this little restaurant is truly amazing.
