Messed up my order said they would do something to fix it on the phone the day of the mistake refused to give me my money back or fix their

I received chicken wings when I ordered chicken poppers. When I called to get some resolution, I was told that’s what the lady who took the ordered “assumed” I wanted by the quantity ordered. I just doubled to popper order. Basically told it was my fault and nothing to be fixed.

Pizza was addiqiate but nothing to brag about for the price , wasn't loaded like the pic looked ? for a large it was mostly slim

So I ordered pizza like an hour n ago , and was wondering why they hadn't been to my house yet ... I told them I would pick it up this time and totally spaced it. They called me n I explained n was on my way , I get here and because it had been so long they went ahead and remade my entire order for me so it was fresh and hot !!! That was absolutely amazing of them , they even stayed open a few min extra for me to get here . Outstanding guys thank you so very much . Who ever was working new years night needs a raise or a bonus they went above for me .!!! Thank youAnd the food was delicious like always ....

Always love the pizza..Order here every other week. We got a free papdilla and 10 dollars off in an email and the site does NOT work. Happens every time. When we call to ask about it we get a rude young girl saying she can't do anything and call the help center.. Managers are supposed to be there for a reason, probably could have helped us tonight. Be more respectful to your customers.
