Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I had a fantastic and memorable experience at this restaurant. The entire staff made us feel right at home with their top-notch customer service. The food was exceptional and we felt very welcomed by the warm atmosphere. We can't wait to return. The only downside was that their highland cows were so cute that my wife couldn't stop paying attention to them instead of me.
We attended a wedding at this hotel and stayed for three nights. We had a fantastic time, as the setting is beautiful and the hotel rooms are excellent. We stayed in the spacious and clean Glenfiddich room, which had lovely toiletries, towels, robes, and a hospitality tray. The wedding was fantastic in every way, with everything running smoothly, delicious food, and excellent service. We would like to give special praise to Emma, who went above and beyond to cater to the guests and was a true asset to the team. Jack was also very helpful. Our only complaint is that the drinks were a bit overpriced, but we understand that a 5-star hotel comes with 5-star prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
We absolutely adored the accommodations and restaurant! The beds were incredibly comfortable and firm, and the bathrooms were luxurious, especially the amazing rainfall shower. The chef showcases their talent by using high-quality local ingredients to create traditional Scottish dishes with a unique twist. Be sure to visit the two Highland Coos on the property! The staff and hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.
We had dinner in the restaurant. Absolutely superb food. A modern menu with locally sourced food cooked extremely well. A lovely room with excellent friendly service. The food is cooked to perfection. On a par with somewhere like the Hinds Head, just a touch below Michelin Star level but only just. I had the langoustine, these were perfectly cooked, just perfectly. A must visit restaurant. Excellent
Just returned from two nights stay and I can genuinely say that it some of the best food I have ever tasted and the cleanest rooms we have stayed in overnight. This coupled with staff who truly engage with their residents to ensure they are delivering the ‘experience’. Head Chef, Peter who went to the bother of asking customers about their stay and giving his back story as well as serving some of the food , was an excellent touch. A very memorable stay for all the right reasons. Keep up the great work
